​Banana Bread Recipe
 
5                      Bananas
2 Cups             All-Purpose Flour
¾ Cups            Brown Sugar
2                      Eggs
1 tsp                Baking Soda
¼ tsp               Salt
½ Cup             Butter
 
Preheat Oven to 350 degrees.
 
In a bowl mash the bananas then set them aside. In a separate bowl whisk together the flour, baking soda and salt. Mix together the brown sugar and butter. Add the eggs  and mix well. Add the bananas and mix until well combined. Fold the wet ingredient into the dry ingredient until just combined. Add the batter to a lightly oiled loaf pan and transfer to the preheated oven. Allow the bread to cook for one hour or until a toothpick comes out clean.  After one hour remove from the oven and cool on a wire rack.
