Banana Cream Pie

3 Bananas
1 Cup Sugar
¼ Cup Cornstarch
2 Tablespoons Flour
2 ½ Cups Milk
2 Tablespoons Butter
3 Egg Yolks
2 teaspoons Vanilla
¼ teaspoon Salt
1 Pie Crust (uncooked)
Whip Cream (for topping)

Preheat Oven to 350 degrees.

Using a fork, poke holes in the bottom of the uncooked pie crust.  Transfer to the preheated oven and allow it to cook for 10 minutes then set it aside until later.  Cut the bananas and also set them aside until later. In a pot whisk together the sugar, flour, cornstarch and salt. Turn the burner on medium heat then whisk in the milk and eggs and continue to stir frequently until the pudding has thickened.  Turn off the heat and add the butter and vanilla. Add the bananas to the pie crust then evenly distribute the pudding.  Refrigerate for at least one hour then it is ready to serve.
