BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich Recipe
 
4 lbs                Pork Shoulder Roast
1 ½ Cups         Barbecue Sauce
¼ Cup             Brown Sugar
¼ Cup             Ketchup
½ tsp               Cayenne Pepper
½ tsp               Paprika
½ tsp               Garlic Powder
2 ½ tsps.          Kosher Salt
1 tsp                Black Pepper
½ Cup             Water
                        Shredded Cabbage
                        Kaiser Roll/Bun
 
Pour the water in the crockpot then add the roast. Season with the cayenne pepper, paprika, garlic powder, salt  and pepper. Add the brown sugar, ketchup and barbecue sauce. Cover and cook on high for 6 ½ hours. After 6 ½ hours shred the roast then return it to the pot, mix well then cook for an additional 30 minutes then it is ready to serve.
