​Beef Kebabs
 
1-½ lbs            Beef Sirloin
1 small            Red Onion
¼ Cup              Olive Oil
1 Tbsp             Lemon Juice
4 Tbsps            Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp             Brown Sugar
1 Tbsp             Minced Garlic
1 Tbsp             Dijon Mustard
2 tsps              Black Pepper
 
 
Soak the wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before using.
In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, olive oil and lemon juice.  Mix in the mustard, garlic, brown sugar and pepper.  Add the beef to the marinade, cover with plastic wrap and set in the refrigerator for at least one hour.  After one hour place the beef and onion alternately on the skewer.  Lightly grease the grill then place the kebabs on and allow to cook for at least 4 hours on each side.
