Breakfast Potatoes
red/yellow Potatoes 1 cup Onion 1 tsp Salt 1 1/2 tsp Black Pepper 1 1/2 tsp Garlic Salt |
Cut the potatoes into quarters and set them aside for later. Using a nonstick pan, preheat the oil to 350 degrees. Add the potatoes to the pan and cook for 5 minutes stirring frequently. Add the onions and continue to cook for another 2 minutes. Season with the garlic salt, salt and pepper. Allow the potatoes to cook for another 10-12 minutes or until your potatoes have reach your desired tenderness.
