Brownies
 
1/3 Cup           Unsweetened Cocoa
1 Cup               Sugar
½ Cup              Butter (melted)
1 tsp                Vanilla Extract
½ Cup              All-Purpose Flour
2                      Eggs
¼ tsp               Salt
¼ tsp               Baking Powder
½ Cup              Semi-sweet Chocolates
½ Cup              Walnuts (chopped)
 
PreHeat Oven 350 degrees. Oil and flour an 8 inch pan and set aside (you can also line the bottom of the pan with parchment paper.
 
In a bowl mix together the melted butter, sugar and vanilla extract.  Whisk in the eggs.  Mix in the flour cocoa powder, salt and baking powder.  Fold in the chocolates and walnuts.  Place batter in the pan and cover the bottom with the batter.  Transfer to the preheated oven and cook for 20 to 22 minutes.  Remove from the oven and cool on a wire rack.
