Brussel Sprouts Recipe
2 lbs Brussels Sprouts 8 slices Bacon 1 Cup Onion ¼ Cup Butter 1 Tbsp Tuscan Garlic Seasoning Thoroughly rinse the Brussels Sprouts. Cut the end of the larger Brussel Sprouts then cut them in half. In a frying pan fry the bacon pieces for ten minutes. After ten minutes remove them from the pan and set them on a paper towel. Using the same pan sauté the onions for 2 minutes. After two minutes melt the butter. Add the Brussels Sprouts and season with the garlic seasoning, cook for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes add the bacon back to the pan and mix well. Continue cooking for 10 minutes or until you have reached your desired tenderness. |
