Buffalo Chicken

12 Chicken Wings
Canola Oil
3 Tbsp Butter
1/4 cup Frank's Red Hot Wing Sauce
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp Onion Powder
1/4 tsp Smoked Paprika
1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1/4 tsp Seasoned Salt
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper

Make sure your chicken has been rinsed and patted dry.  Blend together the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, seasoned salt, salt, pepper and season the chicken.  Heat the oil in a large skillet or deep fryer to 375 degrees and fry the wings for 12 minutes or until you’ve reached an internal temperature of 165 degrees.   After the chicken is done, place them on a paper towel to remove the excess oil.
In a saucepan over low heat, combine the wing sauce and butter and whisk together until well combined.  Drizzle the sauce over the wings and coat the wings with the sauce.
