Chicken Fried Steak
Cubed Steak Canola Oil 2 Cups Milk 2 Cups Flour 1 Cup Mushrooms ½ Cup Onion 1 Egg 2 Tbsps Black Pepper 2 Tbsps Salt 2 Tbsps Seasoned Salt 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic Whisk together the flour, salt, pepper and season salt. In a separate dish whisk together the1 cup of milk and eggs. Coat the steak with the flour then the milk mixture then again in the flour then set aside. Bring oil to temperature and cook the steak for 2 ½ minutes on each side then set aside. Pour off most of the oil leaving about 2 tablespoons. Saute the mushrooms and onions for 2 minutes. Add 2 Tbsps of flour, 1 cup of milk and minced garlic. Return steak to pan and simmer for 2 minutes. |
