Chocolate Ice Cream
 
½ Cup              Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1 -14 oz            Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 Cups              Heavy Whipping Cream
1 tsp                  Vanilla Extract
 
In a large bowl mix together the condensed milk, vanilla and cocoa powder.  Using a mixer, whip the heavy cream until it is just firm.  Fold the cream into the chocolate mixture until it is well combined.  Transfer to a metal loaf pan.  Cover the pan and freeze for at least 5 hours or overnight.
