Macaroni Salad Recipe

​1lb - Elbow Macaroni
1/4 Cup - Chopped Onion
1 Tbsp - Shredded Carrots
1 - Scallion
1 Cup - Mayonnaise
1/2 tsp - White Pepper
2 tsps - Salt



​Bring a pot of water to a boil then add one tsp of salt and your macaroni.  Allow your macaroni to cook for 7 mins. then rinse with cold water. Place your pasta in a large bowl then add the carrots, scallion onion mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Mix well then place in the refrigerator until you are ready to serve.
