​Classic Potato Salad Recipe
 
9                      Red Potatoes
6                      Boiled Eggs
1lb                   Bacon
1                      Green Onion
2 stalks            Celery
2 Cups             Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp             Dill Relish
3 tsps              Salt
1 tsp                Black Pepper
1 tsp                Paprika
 
Add 1 tsp of salt to the water and bring to a boil.  Add the potatoes to the water and cook on medium heat for 20 minutes.  Drain off the water then rinse the potato under cold water.   Allow them to cool off for 10 minutes. In a frying pan fry the bacon until golden and crispy.  Place bacon on a paper towel to remove excess oil.  Crumble the bacon and set aside until later.
For the dressing combine the mayonnaise, relish, salt and pepper.  Mix until well combined.  Add the bacon, eggs, celery, green onion and paprika and mix well.  Add the potatoes and mix until well combined.
