​Collard Greens

3 Bags               Collard Greens
3 Tbsps             Vinegar
1 Tbsp               Minced Garlic
2-32oz cart.       Chicken Broth
1                        Smoked Turkey Leg
1/2 cup              Onion
1 tsp                  Black Pepper
1/2 tsp               Salt
4 cups               Water
 
Thoroughly clean the collard greens and set aside.  Combine water and chicken both in a pot and heat on medium high heat for five minutes.   Add the onion, garlic and the smoked turkey leg then cover and cook for 15 minutes.  After 15 minutes add the collard green, cover and cook for an additional 15 minutes.  Next add the salt, pepper and vinegar and mix well.  Cover and continue cooking for one hour and fifteen minutes.
