Cornbread Dressing Recipe
 
4 Cups             Cornbread
4 Cups             French Bread
½ lb                 Sweet Italian Sausage
½ lb                 Spicy Italian Sausage
2 stalks            Celery
1                       White Onion
1 Tbsp             Sage (fresh)
1 tsp                Thyme (fresh)
4 Cups             Chicken Broth
2                      Eggs
2 Tbsps           Olive Oil
1 tsp                Kosher Salt
1 tsp                Black Pepper
 
Preheat Oven 350 degrees.
 
Slice the cornbread and French bread into cubes. Place them on cookie sheet then transfer to the preheated oven and cook 15 minutes. After 15 minutes remove from the oven and set aside. Using medium heat, bring a large frying pan to temperature. Add the olive oil then cook your sausage for five minutes. Add the celery and onions. Season with the sage, thyme, salt and pepper and continue cooking until your vegetable are translucent. After your vegetable are translucent remove turn off the heat and set the sausage aside for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes add the sausage, French bread, cornbread, eggs and chicken broth to a large bowl. Spray your baking dish with cooking oil then add the dressing. Transfer baking dish to the preheated oven and cook for 25 minutes.  After 25 minutes it is ready to serve.
