Cut the chicken into small chunks.  Add ¼ tsp of salt,  ¼ tsp of garlic powder, 1/8 tsp white pepper and 3 Tbsps of water to the chicken then refridgerate for at least 20 minutes.  In another bowl mix together ¼ cup of sugar, 3 Tbsps of  honey, 5 Tbsps of  ketchup and 3 Tbsps of water.  For the batter whisk together the flour, cornstarch, baking powder, salt and garlic powder.  Now add the water, egg and canola oil.  Add the chicken to the batter and cover until each piece is evenly coated.

In small batches fry the chicken in medium high heat for one minute then remove them from the oil.  Now return the chicken back to the oil and cook for additional 4 minutes.  Place chicken on a paper towel to drain the excess oil.  In a separate pan warm your sauce on low heat.  Add the chicken to the pan and stir until evenly coated.  Plate  the chicken then garnish with the seasame seeds.
