6 Eggs 1 ½ Tbsps Mayonnaise ½ Tbsp Dijon Mustard 1 ½ Tbsps Dill Relish ½ tsp White Pepper 1 1/8 tsps Salt Paprika Fresh Dill
Add one teaspoon of salt to a pot of water then bring water to a boil. Add the eggs to the pot one at a time and cook for twelve minutes. After twelve minutes rinse the eggs in cold water then let them sit for ten minutes before attempting to remove the shells. Cut the eggs in half lengthwise then place the yolks in a separate bowl. Mash the yolks using a fork. Now add the mayonnaise, relish, mustard, salt and pepper and mix well. After you have rinsed and dried the egg whites, fill them then top with the paprika and fresh dill.
