Egg Rolls

                                     Canola Oil
1- ½ Cups                   Chicken Breast
1                                   Egg
1pkg                            Coleslaw
2 Cups                         Bean Sprouts
2                                   Green Onions
3 cloves                       Garlic
1 Tbsp                         Fresh Ginger
1pkg                            Large Egg Roll Wraps
1 Tbsp                         Soy Sauce
¼ tsp                           Black Pepper
½ tsp                           Salt

Add 1 Tbsp of oil to a frying pan and cook the chicken for 5 minutes.  Remove the chicken and set aside for later.  In the same pan saute the ginger and garlic for 1 minute.  Now add the coleslaw, onion and bean sprouts.  Season with the salt and pepper.  Add the soy sauce and return the chicken and allow it to simmer for 3 minutes.  Remove from the heat and let it sit for 20 minutes.  To form your egg rolls place the filling in the center then roll the wrap then fold in the outer sides.  Add the egg wash to the corner of the wrap and continue to roll towards the edge.  Fry the egg roll in your preheated oil (375 degrees) and fry them for 5 minutes or until they are golden  brown.
