​Fried Fish – Easy Tilapia Recipe
 
                        Tilapia
                        Canola Oil
2 tsps               Salt
1 tsp                 Black Pepper
1 tsp                Garlic Powder
1 tsp                Onion Powder
1 Cup                Self- Rising Flour
 
Combine the salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder.  Mix well.  Add half the mixture to season the flour and the other half to season the fish.   Coat the fish with the flour.  Bring your oil to temperature then fry the fish for 3 minutes on each side.  Remove from the pan and let the excess oil drain on a paper towel.
