Season the shrimp with salt and pepper then set it aside. In a separate bowl mix together the flour and Old Bay seasoning. Coat the shrimp with the flour, egg wash then bread crumbs. Place on a wire rack for 10 minute before frying. Bring the oil to high heat then fry the shrimp for 3 minutes. Place the shrimp on paper towels to drain the excess oil.
