​Garlic Shrimp Recipe
 
1 lb                  Shrimp (peeled/deveined)
2 Tbsps            Olive Oil
1/3 Cup           Fresh Parsley
3 Tbsps            Fresh Lemon Juice
1/3 Cup           White Wine
¼ Cup              Seafood Stock
6 Cloves           Garlic (finely chopped)
1 Tbsp             Butter
½ tsp               Red Pepper Flakes
¼ tsp               Paprika
½ tsp               Salt
 
In a frying pan, bring the oil to temperature.  Sauté the garlic for one minute.  Add the shrimp and cook until they begin to turn pink.  Next add the butter then the flour and mix well.  Add the seafood stock and lemon juice.  Mix in the wine then season with the red pepper flakes, paprika and salt.  Finally add the parsley and allow it to cook for an additional minute.
