Glazed Carrots Recipe
2lbs Baby Carrots ¼ Cup Brown Sugar 1 Tbsp Honey ¼ Cup Butter 1/8 tsp White Pepper ¼ tsp Salt Place the carrots in water then bring water to a boil. Cook the carrots for 15 minutes then removed from the water and set aside until later. In a frying pan melt the butter. Add the brown sugar, salt, honey and pepper then mix until sugar has dissolved. Add the carrots then cook for five minutes. |
