​Hash Brown Potatoes

2             Russet Potatoes
1             Egg
2 Tbsps    Clarified Butter
1/2 cup    Onion
1/4 cup    All-Purpose Flour
1 tsp        Garlic Salt
1 tsp        Salt
1 tsp        Black Pepper
 
 
Shred the potatoes then rinse and dry them and transfer to a bowl.  Add the onion, egg and flour and mix well.  Season with the salt, pepper and garlic salt and mix well.  In a frying pan bring the butter to temperature and cook the potatoes on medium heat for 4 minutes on both sides.
