 Soul Food Macaroni and Cheese

1lb            Macaroni                      
1 can         Evaporated Milk        
1 stick       Butter                          
1/4 cup     Provolone Cheese
3/4 cup     Muenster Cheese
3/4 cup     Sharp Cheddar Cheese
3/4 cup     Mild Cheddar Cheese
3/4 cup     Monterey Jack Cheese
3/4 cup     Velveeta Cheese
2                 Eggs
1 tsp          Black Pepper
2-1/2 tsp   Salt
1 Tbsp       Olive Oil


PreHeat Oven to 350 degrees
 
In a medium saucepan add 5 cups of water, 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. 
Bring the water to a boil and add the macaroni.  Allow pasta to cook for 7 minutes stirring occasionally. 
After 7 minutes remove macaroni from heat and drain the water.  Transfer the macaroni to a baking pan. 
Add the melted butter and mix well.  Next add the evaporated milk.   Season with the salt and pepper. 
Add the eggs and mix well.  Lastly add the provolone, muenster, Monterey jack, velveeta, sharp and mild
cheddar cheeses and mix well.  Transfer to the preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes.  After 15 minutes stir the mac and cheese then return it to the oven  and allow it to bake for an additional 25 minutes. ​
