​Homemade Pancakes
​
1 1/2 cups      All-Purpose Flour
1 Tbsp            Sugar
3 1/2 tsps       Baking Powder
1/2 tsp           Salt
3 Tbsps          Butter
1 1/4 cups      Milk
1/2 tsp           Vanilla Extract
1                   Egg
 
 
In a bowl sift the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.  Create a well in the center of the dry mixture then add the milk, egg, butter and vanilla and whisk together until just combined.
Lightly spray the griddle with cooking oil then add the batter.  Cook the pancakes for two minutes on each side.  Remove the pancakes from the griddle and they are ready to serve.
