Italian Sausage Soup Recipe
1lb Italian Sausage 2 Cups Ditalini (cooked) 2 Cups Spinach 1 Cup Carrots 1 Zucchini ½ Cup Onion 2 cloves Garlic 1 14oz Stewed Tomatoes 3 14oz Beef Broth 1 14oz White Beans ½ tsp Black Pepper ½ tsp Salt In a dutch oven add the sausage, onion and garlic and cook for 7 minutes. Add the beef broth, tomatoes and carrots and mix well. Season with the salt and pepper. Cover and cook for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes add the beans and zucchini and mix well. Cover and cook on medium high heat for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes turn off the heat then add the pasta and spinach. |
