​Lemonade

1-1/2 cups    Fresh Lemon Juice
2 cups           Sugar
1 tsp              Citrus Acid
9 cups          Water
 
Juice the lemons and set aside for later.  Prepare a simple syrup by combining the sugar and water in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil then allow it to cool to room temperature.  Now combine all the ingredients in a pitcher and mix well.
