​Macaroni Salad Recipe
 
3-1/2 Cups                  Elbow Macaroni
1 Cup                           Mayonnaise
¼ Cup                          Distilled White Vinegar
2/3 Cup                       Sugar
2 Tbsps                        Yellow Mustard
1 Cup                           Red Onion
1 Cup                           Red Bell Pepper
2 Stalks                       Celery
1 small                        Carrot (grated)
½ tsp                           Paprika
½ tsp                           Black Pepper
2-1.2 tsps                    Salt
 
Add 1 tsp of salt to a pot of water and bring to a boil.  Add macaroni and cook for nine minutes stirring occasionally.  Remove the macaroni from the heat and drain the water.  Rinse with cold water and set aside until later.  In a bowl combine the vinegar, sugar, mayonnaise and mustard.
Now add the onion, carrot, celery, and bell pepper.  Season with the salt, pepper and paprika. 
Finally add the macaroni then cover with plastic wrap and allow it to sit in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
