Oven Baked Beef Short Ribs Recipe Beef Short Ribs Barbeque Sauce 1 Tbsp Liquid Smoke ½ Cup Canola Oil ½ Cup Brown Sugar 1 tsp Dried Mustard 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper 1 tsp Chili Powder 1 tsp Paprika 1 tsp Cumin 2 tsps Garlic Powder 2 tsps Black Pepper 2 tsps Salt Pre-Heat Oven to 300 degrees. Coat the ribs with the liquid smoke and canola oil. In a separate bowl blend together the brown sugar, mustard, cayenne pepper, chili powder, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, black pepper and salt. Generously coat each rib with the rub then place on a wire rack. Allow the ribs to sit in the refrigerate for at least one hour. Bake the ribs in the preheat oven for 2 ½ hours. Remove the ribs from the oven then coat with the barbeque sauce. Turn the oven on a low broil and return the ribs to the oven for 5 minutes. |
