​Peanut Butter Cups
 
16oz                Milk/Semi Sweet Chocolate
1 Cup               Creamy Peanut Butter
½ Cup              Confectioners’ Sugar
½ tsp               Salt
 
Using a double boiler, melt the chocolate.  Line a muffin pan with paper liners then place a layer of chocolate in each liner.  Freeze for 10 minutes.  In a bowl, mix the salt, sugar and peanut butter.  Add a layer of the peanut butter to each cup then a top layer of chocolate.  Return to the freezer for 10 minutes,
