​Pumpkin Pie Recipe
 
1 9in.               Unbaked Pie Crust
1 15oz             Pumpkin
1 14oz             Sweetened Condensed Milk
2                      Eggs   
1 tsp                Salt
1tsp                 Cinnamon
½tsp                Ginger
½ tsp               Nutmeg
 
Preheat Oven to 425 degrees.
 
Brown the pie crust for 3 minutes then remove it from the oven.  In a mixing bowl combine the pumpkin, condensed milk, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, salt and eggs and mix well.  Place the batter to the pie crust then transfer to the preheated oven and allow it to cook for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes reduce the temperature from 425 to 350 and continue cooking for 30 minutes.  After 30 minutes remove from the oven.
