Philly Cheese Steak Recipe
Steak Rolls Provolone Cheese 1 lb Sirloin Steak 1 Onion 1 Bell Pepper 1 Cup Mushrooms 3 Tbsps Vegetable Oil 1 tsp Black Pepper 1 tsp Salt Slice the steak into paper thin slices. Add oil to a frying pan and sauté the onions and bell peppers for 3 minutes on low heat. Now add the mushrooms and continue to cook until the onions are just caramelized. Remove them from the pan and set them aside until later. To the same pan add the steak and season with the salt and pepper. Cook the steak on medium heat for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes return the onion and peppers to the pan and continue cooking for 3 minutes. Top with the cheese and allow it to melt. Mix the steak and cheese together and simmer for an addition minute then it is ready to serve. |
