1 tsp                Minced Garlic
2 Tbsps            Honey
1 tsp                Anchovy Paste
¼ tsp               Onion Powder
¼ tsp               Oregano
¼ tsp               Marjoram
¼ tsp               Dried Basil
¼ tsp               Black Pepper
¼ tsp               Salt
1/8 tsp            Cayenne Pepper
1/8 tsp            Red Pepper Flakes
6 oz                 Warm Water

For the Toppings:
Mozzarella Cheese, Pepperoni, Mild Italian Sausage
Onion, Olives and Bell Peppers

PreHeat Oven 400 degrees

Attach the dough hook to a stand mixer and mix together the yeast, sugar, flour and kosher salt.  Add the olive oil and warm water and mix until the dough forms a ball.  Flour a clean surface and knead the dough.   Form the dough into a ball then place into a greased bowl.  Cover and iet it sit for one hour.

To make the sauce mix the warm water, tomato paste, anchovy paste, minced garlic, parmesan cheese and honey.  Next add the oregano, marjoram, basil, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper onion powder and red pepper.  Allow the sauce to sit for 30 minutes before using.

After one hour the dough should have doubled in size.  Remove it from the bowl then knead it.  Divide it into two halves then cover with plastic wrap and allow it to rest for 10 minutes.

After ten minutes, roll one of the dough ball out and place on pizza pan.   Using a fork, place several holes in the dough to prevent it from bubbling.  Top with the sauce and cheese. Add the pepperoni, sausage onion, olives and bell peppers.  Transfer to the preheated oven and cook for 15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
