​Slow Cooker Pot Roast
 
1                      Beef Round Roast
4                      Small Red Potatoes
1 med.             Onion
2 stalks            Celery
2 Cups             Baby Carrots
1 Tbsp             Minced Garlic
1 Tbsp             All-purpose Flour
2 tsps              Salt
2 tsps              Black Pepper
2 tsps              Olive Oil
 
Add the olive oil to a pan and saute the celery and onion on medium heat for 3 minutes then set aside.  Add the roast and beef broth to the Crockpot.  Add the celery, onion, flour, garlic, salt, pepper, carrots and potatoes. Cover and cook on high heat for 4 ½ hours.
