​Potato Salad
​
                 Red Potatoes        
1 cup        Onion (chopped)              
1 cup        Celery (chopped)           
4               Boiled Eggs
3/4 cup     Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp      Mustard
1/3 cup     Dill Relish
1 Tbsp      Sweet Relish
2 Tbsps    Poppy seed Dressing
1-1/2 tsp   Salt
1-1/2 tsp   Black Pepper
1/2 tsp      Garlic Powder 
1/2 tsp      Paprika
 
Cut the potatoes into quarters.  Add 8 cups of water to a pot and bring to a boil.  Add the potatoes to the boiling water and cook for approximately 12 minutes or until tender.  Drain the water and rinse the potatoes with cold water and allow them to set until cooled.   In a mixing bowl combine the celery, onion and eggs.  Add the mustard, poppy seed dressing, mayonnaise, dill and sweet relish and mix all ingredients well.  Add the potatoes to the bowl.  Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika.  Stir until all ingredients are well combined.
