​Potato Stacks Recipe
 
8                       Gold Potatoes
1/3 Cup           Parmesan Cheese
1/3 Cup           Mozzarella Cheese
3 Tbsps           Butter (melted)
1 tsp                Fresh Thyme
½ tsp               Garlic Powder
½ tsp               Onion Powder
1 tsp                Kosher Salt
½ tsp               Black Pepper
 
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
 
Using a mandolin slice the potatoes to 1/16 thickness. Place the potatoes in a large bowl and add the butter, thyme, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese and mix well. Stack the potatoes and place them in a lightly greased muffin tin. Transfer to the preheated oven and cook for one hour.
