Pulled Chicken Sliders
1-1 /4 Cups Ketchup 2 Tbsps Molasses 1-1/2 Tbsps Brown Sugar 1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar 2 tsps Ground Mustard 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper 1 tsp Chili Powder 1/2 tsp Cinnamon 1 tsp Garlic Powder 1 tsp Onion Powder 2 tsps Paprika 2 tsps Black Pepper 2 tsps Kosher Salt |
To a slow cooker add the ketchup, molasses, honey and apple cider vinegar then mix well. Add the cayenne pepper chili powder ground mustard brown sugar cinnamon garlic powder onion powder paprika black pepper and kosher salt. Add the chicken, cover and allow it to cook on high for three hours. After three hours remove the chicken from the pot then shred and return it to the sauce. Allow it to cook for an additional 10 minutes then it is ready to serve.
