Roasted Asparagus
2 lbs Asparagus 2 Tbsps Olive Oil 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice ½ Cup Parmesan Cheese ½ tsp Kosher Salt ½ tsp Black Pepper Preheat your oven to 425 degrees. Thoroughly rinse the asparagus then cut off the fibrous stems. Place in a baking dish then season with the salt and pepper. Drizzle with the olive oil and top with the chopped garlic. Add the lemon juice then ¼ cup of the parmesan cheese then make sure the asparagus is evenly coated. Transfer to the preheated oven and cook for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven then top with the remaining parmesan cheese then serve. |
