Thanksgiving Turkey Recipe
1 Fresh Turkey ½ Cup Butter 1 Onion 2 stalks Celery 1 Lemon 1 Cup Water ½ tsp Garlic Powder ½ tsp Paprika 1 Tbsp Fresh Thyme 1 Tbsp Fresh Rosemary 1 ½ tsp Black Pepper 2 tsp Sea salt Preheat oven to 325. Make certain to remove all packaged content in the cavity of your turkey. In a bowl, combine the salt, pepper, rosemary, thyme, garlic powder, paprika, garlic powder and butter. Generously rub the butter mixture under and on the skin of the turkey coating the turkey completely. Transfer to a roasting pan then add the water to the bottom of the pan. Stuff the onion, celery and lemon in the cavity and place the remaining in the pan. Transfer to your preheated oven and cook according to your turkey size (see chart below).
