Salmon Croquette

1- 14.75oz can  Pink Salmon
                         Canola Oil
1/3 cup             All-Purpose Flour
1/2 cup             Celery
1/2 cup             Onion
1/2 tsp              Garlic Salt
1/2 tsp              Pink Himalayan Salt
1/2 tsp              Seasoned Salt
1 tsp                 Black Pepper
1                       Egg
 
 
 Add the oil to a frying pan.  Add all other ingredients in a bowl and mix well.  Form the salmon into patties then place in preheated oil.  Cook for 3 minutes on each side.  Remove from the frying pan and place them on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
