​ Shrimp Fried Rice
 
1 lb                    Cooked Shrimp
¼ Cup               Onion
3 Cups              Cooked White Rice (day old)
3 Tbsps             Vegetable Oil
2 Tbsps             Soy Sauce
2                         Eggs
½ Cup                Bean Sprouts
½ Cup                Frozen Peas and Carrots
2 tsps                  Salt
2 tsps                  Black Pepper
 
Add the vegetable to a frying pan and bring to temperature.  Saute the onion for 1 minute,  Add the peas and carrots and continue cooking.  Add the eggs and season with the salt and pepper.  Add the rice and soy sauce.  Finally add the bean sprouts and shrimp and allow it to cook for 2-3 minutes.
