Southern Fried Fish Recipe
¾ Cup Cornmeal 1 Cup Buttermilk 1 Tbsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Onion Powder 1 tsp Garlic Powder 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper 1 tsp Paprika 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Black Pepper Canola Oil Tilapia In a dish combine the cornmeal, baking powder, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper and paprika. Dredge the fish in the buttermilk then the seasoned flour then set it aside. Preheat the oil to 375 degrees then fry the fish for 3 minutes on each side the remove from the oil. |
