​Spicy Fried Chicken Recipe
 
2 lbs                            Chicken
2 ½  Cups                    All-Purpose Flour
4 Cups                         Buttermilk
3                                 Eggs
¾ Cup                         Hot Sauce
2 tsps                           Garlic Powder
2 tsps                           Onion Powder
1 ½ Tbsps                   Cayenne Pepper
2 tsps                           Paprika
1 Tbsp                         Salt
1 Tbsp                         Black Pepper
1 Tbsp                         Water
                                    Canola Oil
 
Coat the chicken with buttermilk, cover with plastic wrap then refrigerate for 2 hours. Season the flour with onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, paprika, salt and pepper. Mix until well combined. In a separate dish mix together the eggs, hot sauce and water. After 2 hours remove the chicken from the refrigerator then dredge in the hot sauce mixture then the flour then set it aside. Heat the oil to medium high heat then fry the chicken until it has an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
