The Best Mashed Potatoes Recipe
 
3 lbs                Gold Potatoes
2 Tbsps           Butter (melted)
2.5 oz              Boursin Garlic & Herb Gournay Cheese
½  Cup            Milk (warm)
½ Cup             Heavy Cream (warm)
2 ½ tsps.          Kosher Salt
1 tsp                Black Pepper
 
Peel the potatoes and set them aside. Add 1 tsp of salt to a pot of water and bring to a boil. Add the potatoes and cook for 20-25 minutes or until the potatoes can be pierced by a fork. After the potatoes are done turn off the heat and drain the water. Mash the potatoes then add the butter, gournay cheese,  pepper and 1 ½ tsps of salts. Add the milk and heavy cream mix well then it is ready to serve.
