In a small bowl combine the red wine vinegar, olive oil sugar salt, pepper, oregano and rosemary then whisk until well combined. In a large bowl combine the cucumber, onion, parsley, cannellini, garbanzo and kidney beans and mix well. Pour in the dressing then mix until well coated. Place in the refrigerator for one hour then it is ready to serve.
